Welcome to Black Creek Bistro, providing a fresh perspective on gourmet dining. We feature a sophisticated farm-to-fork menu that draws influences from the southeast Provence of France, to the Southeast itself, in all its grits-and-glory.
We like to explore rich, earthy cuisines, while nodding to our Southern heritage, with comfort foods like our signature Fried Green Tomatoes with Pimento Goat Cheese and Red Pepper Jelly, Charleston-Style Fried Shrimp and Grits, and our Carolina Crab Spaghetti.
Our menu travels from low country classics that include Southern Egg Rolls with country ham, black beans and collards, across the globe to an Italian Salmon served with a warm panzanella salad, and reaching into the Orient with Thai Chicken Noodles with roasted peanuts and lime.
If it’s a good steak you crave, our Filet Mignons and Ribeyes will not disappoint. All are certified Angus, and grilled to perfection.
